She would be in disbelief to know that this was happening, to see it all coming to life in front of us, and to see people like Kevin Hart and all the folks associated with the film creating our lives in a different way and a different place. Along the way, Will tells the story in full of one of the most amazing rides through the worlds of music and film that anyone has ever had. Main character Marcus is almost too obnoxious to take for a little while there, but then he gets it; he grows steadily as a person throughout the book.Marcus shows a full range of emotion from high anxiety, to anger, frustration and his interactions with others.

I just don't want to forgot all of us listening to the big shoot in the hospital and learning all about why he was so adamant about the hospital scene and I just was crying.

Kevin looks at how control issues have shown up in his own life and how they might show up in yours. There made be language too crude for many readers, but he’s real, honest, and vulnerable in overcoming those things we come to realize we can change and the tools he’s used in his own life.
